สมาคมการค้าปิโตรเคมีไทย (Thai Petrochemical Trade Association: TPTA) ให้ความสำคัญกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน หน้านี้อธิบายด้วยภาษาที่เข้าใจง่ายว่าเราเก็บข้อมูลอะไร เก็บไปทำไม ใช้อย่างไร และท่านทำอะไรได้บ้าง ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)The Thai Petrochemical Trade Association (TPTA) respects your personal data. This page explains in plain language what we collect, why, how we use it, and what you can do, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).

• ใบสมัครสมาชิก:ชื่อบริษัท ประเภทสมาชิก ข้อมูลผู้ติดต่อ (ชื่อ ตำแหน่ง อีเมล โทรศัพท์) เอกสารแนบ ข้อความที่ท่านเขียน และประวัติการพิจารณาใบสมัคร เก็บเมื่อท่านส่งใบสมัครMembership applications:Company name, membership type, contact details (name, position, email, phone), attached documents, text you write, and the history of how the application was reviewed. Collected when you submit an application.

ภายในสมาคม ข้อมูลใบสมัครและข้อมูลสมาชิกเข้าถึงได้เฉพาะเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย (เลขาธิการ/ผู้ดูแลระบบ) และผู้ดูแลบริษัทของท่านเท่านั้น เท่าที่จำเป็นต่อหน้าที่Inside the association, application and member data can be seen only by assigned staff (secretariat or admin) and by your own company administrator, as far as their duties require.

4. คุกกี้และที่เก็บข้อมูลในเบราว์เซอร์4. Cookies and browser storage

เราไม่ขายข้อมูลของท่าน เราใช้ผู้ให้บริการที่ประมวลผลข้อมูลตามคำสั่งของเรา ได้แก่We do not sell your data. We use service providers who process data on our instructions:

• Supabase:ฐานข้อมูล ระบบบัญชีผู้ใช้ และที่เก็บไฟล์Supabase:Database, user accounts and file storage.
• Webflow:โฮสต์และจัดการเว็บไซต์Webflow:Website hosting and management.
• ผู้ให้บริการอีเมล:ส่งอีเมลของระบบEmail provider:Sends system emails.
• Cloudflare (Turnstile):ป้องกันบอทในแบบฟอร์มที่ Webflow จัดให้Cloudflare (Turnstile):Bot protection on forms provided by Webflow.

ผู้ให้บริการบางรายอาจเก็บข้อมูลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์นอกประเทศไทย เราจะเลือกผู้ให้บริการที่มีมาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลที่เหมาะสม นอกจากนี้เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลต่อหน่วยงานรัฐเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด และข้อมูลติดต่อบริษัทสมาชิกอาจแสดงต่อสมาชิกที่เข้าสู่ระบบในทำเนียบสมาชิกSome providers may store data on servers outside Thailand. We choose providers with suitable data protection measures. We may also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it, and the contact details of member companies may be shown to signed-in members in the member directory.

6. เราเก็บข้อมูลนานเท่าใด6. How long we keep data

ระยะเวลาด้านล่างเป็นข้อเสนอ รอเจ้าของเว็บไซต์ยืนยันThe periods below are proposed and wait for the owner to confirm.

เมื่อครบกำหนดเราจะลบหรือทำให้ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้ เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บต่อAfter that we delete the data or make it anonymous, unless the law requires us to keep it.

7. สิทธิของท่านตาม PDPA7. Your rights under the PDPA

ท่านมีสิทธิ์ ขอเข้าถึงและขอสำเนาข้อมูล, ขอแก้ไขให้ถูกต้อง, ขอลบหรือทำให้ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตน, ขอให้ระงับการใช้, คัดค้านการเก็บใช้เปิดเผย, ขอรับหรือขอให้ส่งข้อมูลไปยังผู้อื่นในรูปแบบที่อ่านได้ (ในกรณีที่กฎหมายกำหนด), ถอนความยินยอมในกรณีที่เราอาศัยความยินยอม (การถอนไม่กระทบสิ่งที่ทำไปแล้ว), และร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หากท่านเห็นว่าเราไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายYou may ask to: access and receive a copy of your data; correct it; delete or anonymise it; restrict its use; object to its collection, use or disclosure; receive it, or have it sent to another controller, in a readable format (where the law provides); withdraw consent where we rely on consent (withdrawal does not affect what was done before); and complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee Office if you think we are not following the law.
